Our stay was excellent
The location was great. Everything was within 5min (resturants, grocery store, and the beach). Richard was very kind and helpful during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Modern style & beautiful. Close to the lake. Few minutes away from different stores & restaurants. The sofa bed needs new mattress. It felt like sleeping on the wooden floors. Needs more extra pillows.The floors needs cleaning. My daughter & son in law walked barefoot in the unit & they washed their feet before going to bed due to it turned black from the dirt in the unit.

Our time at Richard’s place was great! It was in a great safe area. Had lots of things to do and plenty of places to eat at in that area. The place was spotless. Our favorite thing about it was the beautiful kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing, great view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The area had good restaurants and activities close by.
The place was warming, clean and was easy to find.
Richard was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating prior to my arrival and was quick to reply to answer all my questions.
Will definitely be back.

Tidy cute condo right near the amphitheater and walking areas around the lake and near by playground. Super comfy beds and pillows and cottons sheets!! Slept like the dead after our hikes. Perfect spot.

Richard was a great host! Quick at responding and very informative. The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, lots of towels, kitchenware, extra pillows/linens/blankets. Fully loaded with beach essentials/toys. Golf cart was a huge plus for us getting to and from the beach. Absolutely loved this home! I’d stay here again for sure.

Condo was immaculate and so perfectly located! Golf cart was a wonderful addition. Kitchen had lots of dishes and cooking items needed for the weekend. Comfortable beds and clean linens! Will definitely be back.

The condo was great and close(walkable) to a lot of local restaurants. You can walk right to the lake and the amphitheater is right by it. While we were there, we sat on the patio and listened to a concert. We definitely will return again.

Richard was a wonderful host. Very responsive and always there to help. We were short a beach towel and he sent someone with a towel immediately to the house which was very appreciated.
The master shower was temporarily out of service during our stay, but before checking in Richard reached out and gave multiple alternative options!
The house is about a 10 minute walk from the beach with so much to do.
Definitely a great place to stay and will be recommending in the future!

Host is very responsive which I think is probably the one thing that stood out. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Very close to the beach so if you want to walk instead of using the golf cart, then that is an option as well. Pool is a few doors down and was never crowded during our stay. We had three vehicles and always had plenty of room to park.
